Who we are
Attention Filter is run by Untamed Data BV, based in the Netherlands. We are responsible (the "controller") for your personal data.
Contact: [email protected]
KvK number: 91169143
What we collect
- When you sign up for the early test group: your email address, and your answer about what you read for work if you choose to give one. You fill this in on a form hosted by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium, EU), which processes it on our behalf.
- When you use the browser extension: to judge a link, the extension sends only the page title and a short snippet of text. This is used to work out the signal and then thrown away. We store nothing on our server. Your focus sentence and settings stay in your own browser.
- When you visit this website: we don't use analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider handles the technical data any website needs, such as your IP address, to deliver pages and protect against attacks.
Why we use it
We use your email only to invite you to the early test, send you the extension, and ask for your feedback. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to other lists.
Legal basis
We rely on your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails. The technical data handled by our host is needed to run a secure website (our legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
We keep your signup details until the test ends or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first, and never longer than 12 months. After that we delete them.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it. Cloudflare is a US company, and any transfer outside the EU is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. That's why there is no cookie banner. The signup form is on tally.so, and Tally's own policy covers anything that happens on its pages.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also ask for a copy of your data. Email [email protected] and we'll reply within one month.
If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
